Grafton House

Timber frame house built in 2005. 32’ by 46’ residence in New Hampshire. The owner is an architect who designed the house and timber frame as well as milled all the timbers on a portable sawmill from pine trees cut down for the house site. We cut all the joinery and with the owners help raised the frame on the new foundation. The owner then worked with a general contractor to finish the building.
