Solar Barn
16’ by 20’ timber frame barn, completed in 2011. The owners needed a place to mount their new solar array and large metal rack in the yard was deemed too ugly for consideration. The new barn fits perfectly with the homestead and will provide space for chickens and goats. The entire roof structure was built, sheathed, roofed, wired and painted on temporary cribbing on the ground and then was lifted into place with a crane.
